Notes for William Augustus Jr. BRINGHURST
TOQUERVILLE, Mar. 28--Mr. and Mrs. William A. Bringhurst will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary at their present residence in Toquerville, Utah, Mar. 31.
Mr. Bringhurst was born Sept. 29, 1863, at Salt Lake City, Utah, and in 1886 was married in the St. George Temple to Martha Ann Granger, who was born Jan. 29, 1866, at Plain City, Utah.
Following their marriage, they lived in Toquerville until 1908, at which time they moved to northern Utah. In 1921 they moved to Pocatello, Idaho, where they have been engaged in the mercantile business for the past ten years. At the present time they are located in Toquerville, Utah.
Mr. and Mrs. Bringhurst are the parents of 12 children, all of whom are living. They are. Walter W. Bringhurst, Louis G. Bringhurst, Eldon Bringhurst, Gilbert Bringhurst, Ethel Bringhurst, and Mrs. Josephine Lemmon, all of Pocatello, Idaho; Mrs. J. A. Taylor, of Magna, Utah; Mrs. J. Earl Smith of Lehi, Utah; Mrs. L. S. Kleinman, Archie Bringhurst, Ben Bringhurst all of Toquerville; and Marie Bringhurst, of Salt Lake City. They also have 44 grand children and 2 great grand children.
