Thomas Bourne of West Marlborough. 11/30/1746/7. May 26, 1761. To brothers Jacob and George Bourne all my land in Colbert [Calvert] County, Maryland. To 3 sisters Ann, Susanna and Sarah all rents now due on said land and remainder of estate. Executor: Uncle George Maris. Letters C.T.A. to Nathaniel Pennock (who married the Testator's sister, Sarah), George Maris being deceased. Witnesses: Joseph Taylor, Jesse Taylor.
