To wife Hannah all personal estate and 1/2 of real estate during life and at her decease, the place I now live on to my daughter Susanna, she paying 1/3 of the value thereof to each of her 2 sisters, Sarah and Mary. To daughter Betty the land purchased of Reece Thomas adjacent the former containing 112 acres. Executors: Jeremiah Cloud of Marlborough and John Cloud of New Castle. Witnesses: James Maginly, Wm. Webb, Edward Terret.
