Mildred K. Grubb, 81, of Hillside House, 810 S. Broom St., died of heart failure Thursday in St. Francis Hospital.

Mrs. Grubb, formerly of 3403 Broom Place, Pebble Hill Apartments, had lived in Hillside House for about two years. She was a lifelong resident of Wilmington.

She is survived by her husband, F. Arnold of Pebble Hill Apartments; a daughter, Barbara G. Angell of Oak Lane Manor; a brother, Robert Tinsman of Wilmington; two sisters, Zelda Orner and Viola White, both of Wilmington; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Employees' Fund, Hillside House, 810 S. Broom St., Wilmington 19805.
