Notes for Maurice Neal Jr. LAIZURE
Maurice Laizure Jr. (Maury), 53 years old, passed away quietly at home, with his sons and wife beside him on the day of May 16, 2005.
Born in Kansas, Maury was a loving, caring and compassionate man, and will be missed by so many friends, neighbors and his family. He always thought of others before himself, even through bad times.
His favorite hobbies were hunting, fishing, target shooting and ham radio operations. He was a retired truck driver, an occupation which he enjoyed so much and had many miles behind him. He was always joking and laughing, no matter what.
Maury is survived by his wife, Lucia Laizure; sons Peter and Dustin; daughters Delila Laizure, Canada, Julia Laizure, New Mexico, and Lola Laizure; brothers Willie and Jeffrey Laizure; sister Janine Dinsdale; mother Gloria Laizure; and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Service will be 10 a.m. May 28 at First Lutheran Church, 6075 W. Jefferson, in Spirit Lake, (208) 623-5252. English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene, is in charge of cremation.
