Notes for Audrey STOVER

Audrey Stover Nute, 82, of Glen Mills, formerly of Kennett Square, passed away Feb. 16 at her home.

She was the wife of the late Monroe L. Nute, Jr. Born in Lebanon, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Leighton and Audrey Fisher Stover. She enjoyed donating her time to the Kennett Square community. After raising her children, she was an antiques dealer in Chester and Lancaster counties. She enjoyed reading, gardening, playing bridge, and especially spending time at the beach in Ocean City, Md.

She is survived by one son, Monroe L. Nute, III of Roanoke, Va.; two daughters, Lynn "Sparky" Nute of Long Beach, Calif., and Debbie Bove and her husband Robert of Lincoln University; two grandchildren, Rachel Hillworth of East Fallowfield, and Danielle Porto of Lincoln University; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great-grandson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 22 at the Maris Grove Chapel (200 Maris Grove Way, Glen Mills, Pa.). Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Neighborhood Hospice, 400 E. Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.
