Notes for Grace Joan DEVANEY

Joan Devaney Macan, 81, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, in Smithtown, N.Y.

She was the loving daughter of the late Charles A. Devaney and Grace (Thomas) Devaney. She was the devoted mother of Dyanna Wise (John), Linda Puma Sacca (Thomas) and Virginia deLeonard (Skip); and adored grandmother of six, along with two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by five siblings, William, Robert, Virginia, Richard and Nancy.

Joan was a graduate of Tredyffrin/Easttown High School, class of 1945.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, Oct. 3, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lionville.
