SHIRLEY G. SONNTAG (nee HALL) Hobart, Indiana Age 79, passed away on April 24, 2007. She was born on August 13, 1927, in Gary, Indiana, the daughter of Ernest R. and Viva (Woolf) Hall. Shirley was a member of the 1945 graduating class of Hobart. She was a homemaker who had previously worked for Krogers, Lake Park Foods, and in the cafeterias of the Hobart School System. Shirley loved collecting and was found at many garage sales. She also helped to make stocking caps for the newborns at Saint Mary Medical Center Hospital. Shirley is survived by her loving family: sons, Dennis (Lisa) Sonntag, Roswell, GA and David (Kerry) Sonntag, Crete, IL; daughter, Linda (Dean) Luebcke, Crown Point, IN; grandchildren: Ryan Sonntag, Cincinnati, OH, Tiffany Sonntag and fiance Jeff Bowman, Crown Point, IN, Nikki Luebcke, Crown Point, IN, Ben Sonntag, Crown Point, IN, Justin Luebcke, Crown Point, IN, Kyle Luebcke, Crown Point, IN, Bethany Luebcke, Crown Point, IN, Matthew Sonntag, Crete, IL, and Nicholas Sonntag, Crete, IL; great grandchildren: Jordan and Julia Sonntag, Crown Point, IN; brothers, Robert (Judy) Hall, Hobart, IN and Harry (Cathy) Hall, Hobart, IN; numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and dear friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Viva Hall.
