Mrs. Delia Patteson Blake Cheek, 46, of Washington, a counselor for the emotionally disturbed and wife of Leslie Cheek III, died Wednesday after a long illness.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Washington. Burial will be private.
Mrs. Cheek was a graduate of Barnard College and had a master's degree from Catholic University. At age 16, she was a member of the junior Wightman Cup tennis team of the United States.
She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Delia Carrington Blake of Hobe Sound, Fla.; two sons, Leslie Cheek IV and Robert Murray Blake Cheek, and a daughter, Katharine DeWitt Cheek, all of Washington.
