Dorothy Frame Wheatley of Eagle
Dorothy Frame Wheatley, 80, of Eagle, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at Brandywine Hospital.
She was the wife of F. Kenneth Wheatley, with whom she shared 58 years of marriage.
Born on the family farm in Upper Uwchlan, she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Lena Mae Scheib Frame.
Dorothy was employed as a cafeteria worker in the Downingtown School District for 24 years, before retiring in 1990.
She was a member of Windsor Baptist Church.
She enjoyed knitting and crocheting, especially for her family, and going to garage sales.
In addition to her husband, Dorothy is survived by three daughters, Linda C. Wheatley of Tampa, Fla., Beverley A. Callery of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Patricia W. Johnson of Honey Brook; three brothers, Lewis Frame of Honey Brook, Carroll "Cy" Frame of Pennsylvania and Leonard C. Frame of Eagle; five sisters, Margaret Fetters, Florence Haga, Lena Jenkins and Betty Jane Borland, all of Downingtown, and Lera Frame of Honey Brook; two grandchildren, Shawn and Michelle; and one great-grandchild, Connor.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
