Anna Bowman Fryberger, 74, of Chester Springs, died in Paoli Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Downingtown, she was a daughter of the late Eva Mae and Christopher Bowman. She was a wife of the late Elias M. Fryberger and she was a homemaker. Surviving are six sons, Chris C. of West Chester, Elias M., Jr..and Ellsworth S. both of Chester Springs, George H. of Coatesville, Douglas M. and Sam C. both of Phoenixville; three daughters, Anna E. Slider of Phoenixville, Geraldine Ann Fryberger Wilson of Elverson and Judy A. Lee of Paoli; 30 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ella Watson of Honey Brook, and a brother, Clarence Bowman of Downingtown. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1991 at 2 p.m. at the Mauger/Givnish Funeral Home, 24 Monument Ave., Malvern. Friends may call between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1991. Interment at the Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer.
