Notes for Elias Martin FRYBERGER

According to the birth certificate for Elias, it shows that he was born January 31, 1912 at 2:30pm, however on February 28, 1978, Elias petitioned a change to his original birthdate to make it March 15, 1912. It is unclear which date is accurate. If Elias were in fact born on January 31, 1912, it would make him a twin to his brother Solomon who died August 20, 1912. The January 8, 1920 U.S. Census indicates that Elias was six years old when the census was taken. This would show, if accurate, that Elias was in fact born in 1913.
