Mary Catharine Alexander (nee Thompson), born October 9, 1926 and died Friday, April 29, 2016 in Naples, Florida. She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Elizabeth Thompson and her parents, Clara Margaret Thompson (nee Kennady) and Joshua Howard Thompson, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, S. Elizabeth McMackin (nee Simonton), F. Joseph McMackin III of Naples, Florida and a son, Joshua Howard Thompson Simonton (Nancy) of Brownfield, Maine. Three grandchildren, Frank J. McMackin IV (Ashlee) of Summit, New Jersey, Ian Simonton McMackin of Miami, Florida, James Tyler McMackin of Naples, Florida. Two great-grandchildren, Olyvia Grace McMackin and Frank Joseph McMackin V both of Summit, New Jersey.
