Albert Branson (1893-1989) of Pennsylvania. Born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., December 19, 1893. Served in the U.S. Army during World War I; Judge of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, 1936-38; Judge of U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, 1938-58. Died in 1989 .
