Richard Frank Sadey, 83, Venice, died May 18, 1997.
He was born July 24, 1913, in Chicago and came to Venice 43 years ago from Philadelphia. He owned and operated Dick's Shell Station in Nokomis for 42 years. He was a member of the Elks Lodge in Venice.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Ann; three daughters, Judy Roth of Nokomis, and Betsey Matuson and Beverly J. Stickney, both of Venice; a son, Richard F. Jr. of Venice; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
