To son William the remainder of said land in Middletown. To sons James, Robert and William the house I now live in and land belonging in trust for use of son Samuel during life and after his death to his children. To daughter Hannah Ellis £25 in trust during her life and at her decease to her son Jacob Halcombe. To daughter Ann Edge £50 and to her 4 children, Mary, John, Sarah and Ann £1 each. To my daughter in law Mary, now wife of John Lea 5 shillings and to her 4 children, Abigail, Joseph, John, and Mary £1 each. To grandson William, son of James Pennell, lot of land in Wilmington. To grandchildren Hamath, Edith, Rebecca, James, Thomas, Ruth, Nathan and Timothy, children of son James £1 each. To grandchildren children of son Robert, Mary, Joseph, Thomas, Susanna and William £1. To grandchildren Abraham and Robert, the children of son William, £1. To granddaughter Elizabeth, daughter of son Samuel £1. To daughters in law Jemima, Hannah, Mary and Rachel 5 shillings each. Executors: Sons, James, Robert and William.
