To son Samuels children, viz John, Joseph, William and Samuel 10 Shillings each. To son William's children, viz, Samuel and Elizabeth 10 shillings each and to all rest of my grandchildren 10 shillings each. To daughter Eliza Shipley my Negro man Jeffry. Remainder to wife Elizabeth during life and after her decease 1/2 to divided between son Saml. and daughter Elizabeth and the other 1/2 to son William and daughter Mary Pennock. Refers to a marriage settlement for wife dated March 5 and 6, 1724/5.
