Walter, Joseph. Kennett. 9-10-1792. June 6, 1794. Provides for wife Jane. To son James 5 shillings. Also confirms to him 8 acres of meadow previously leased to him for 900 years. To son Joseph 5 shillings. To son William plantation whereon I dwell in Kennett, containing 150 acres, reserving the above 8 acres to James, he paying to daughter Hannah, wife of John Carpenter, £30.16 and to daughter Jane £52.12, and £5 each to the 6 children of daughter Elizabeth, deceased, late wife of Isaac Trimble, Joseph, John, Mary, Jane, James and Isaac at 18. Remainder to daughters Hannah and Jane. Executors: Son-in-law John Carpenter, son William.
