Notes for John FAIRLAMB
John Fairlamb, a son of Nicholas, was born in Chester County, and passed his life there, attaining an honorable, place in the history of his time. He was sheriff of the county in 1755-56, justice of the common pleas court in 1761 and 1764, and: member of the Colonial Assembly in 1764-65, his death
occurring in 1766. He was married November 13, 1742 to Susanna Engle.
