Notes for Priscilla COOPER
Priscilla Cooper must have been a remarkable woman. All of her children who had daughters named one daughter Priscilla, a total of seven. The widow of her son Thomas, Martha Pennock, named her only daughter Priscilla, even after Thomas had died. In addition, Thomas named his first son by Elizabeth Trego, Cooper.
Priscilla is described in the Oxford Press article of June 7, 1882, as being "a young lady of Catholic parentage, residing in York County."
