Doris B. Guiney Smith, 73, of Deland, Fla. died on Tuesday, March 15, 1994, at the Central Florida Regional Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Harry S. and Blanche Guiney.
She worked as a registered nurse at Sanford Regional Hospital in Sanford, Fla.
Prior to living in Florida, she lived in Highsville, Md. and West Chester.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Miller of Deland, Fla. and Norma Humphries of Silver Springs, Md.; two brothers, W. Edward Lewis of West Chester and Jessie Lewis of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; three sisters, Blanche Summers and Violet Reese, both of Downingtown, and Mary McBride of Dallas/Ft Worth, Texas; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 19, 1994, at 11 a.m. at Reilly & Della Vecchia Funeral Home, 410 N. Church St., West Chester.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Interment will be held at Green Mount Cemetery, West Goshen.
