Notes for Parker Elmo PUSEY

Relatives in Bloomington, Illinois received a telegram yesterday announcing the death of Parker E. Pusey, who died in Brooklyn, New York on Feb 4, 1923.

He was badly gassed in the last battle of the World War.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Pusey deceased, former well know residents in Bloomington, Illinois.

He was a member of St. Matthew's Church and choir and graduated from Franklin School.

During the World War he was in the electrical engineering corps and after locating in Brooklyn has been engaged in electrical work.

Parker was the son of William Welsh Pusey and Margery Goodpasture Carlock.
Grandson of Abraham W Carlock
Great Grandson of Abraham Carlock, War of 1812
Great Great Grandson of Hanchrist Carlock, Revolutionary War.

He was named after his paternal Grandfather Parker Campbell Pusey.

Parker gave his life defending the country his G Great Grandfather fought to create.

He is remembered still by the Pusey, Carlock and Goodpasture families.
