Notes for Albert Uzzell WHITE
WHITE -- Albert U., 82, of Lemon Grove died Wednesday Jan. 13, 1993. He suffered a heart attack a few days after he had surgery for colon cancer. He was born in Cove City, NC. Nov. 13, 1910. He left home to join the Navy at an early age. He married Anna Mae Elder in 1934 & moved to San Diego, CA. He retired, after 22 years of service, as AMC, USN Ret., & started his real estate business "Al White Realty". After the death of Anna Mae he married Evelyn Gray in 1977. Surviving are 2 daughters Shirley Phillips & Cindy Davis, 3 step-daughters Judy Parker, Karen Moller & Linda Smith, 13 grandchildren, 16 1/2 great-grandchildren. Visitation Sunday 12-9 PM, services Tuesday 1 PM both at Greenwood Mortuary. Interment Greenwood Memorial Park.
