Notes for Sarah Ann WISNER
Sara Ann Hazlett, 79, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2015, at home after a long and courageous battle with lung cancer. She was the wife of Lewis C. Hazlett, III, with whom she celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on June 25, 2015. She was born in Upland, PA, daughter of the late George and Mary (McMullen) Wisner of Media, PA. She was a member of Saint Leo the Great Catholic Church, Lancaster. Sally, as most fondly knew her as, raised four children, had a genuine gift of conversation and also enjoyed spending time at the Jersey Shore with family. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her four children, Jeffrey Hazlett (Patrice) of Lancaster; Stephen Hazlett (Diane) of Painted Posted, N.Y.; Linda Hazlett-Brown (William) of Dallastown; and Brian Hazlett (Heather) of York; 11 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a sister, Betty Jane Rodgers of West Chester, PA.
