Loretta E. (Craig) Collison Age 78 of Wilmington, DE, passed away Friday, December 28, 2001 at her residence.
Mrs. Collison, a homemaker, was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all. A member of the Claymore Senior Center, she volunteered for Compassionate Friends and enjoyed playing bingo at St. Matthew's Church.
Mrs. Collison was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Collison, Sr.; and by 2 daughters, Judy Andreoli and Joyce Hendricks. She will be dearly missed by her son, Robert J., Jr. of Wilmington; her daughter, L. Diane Rideout-Memmolo and her husband, Louis of Wilmington; 6 grandchildren, Laurie, Butch and David Rideout, Lisa Pascarella, Tonya Long, Jeremy Hendricks; and 3 great grandchildren, Katie Rideout and Kyle and Brandon Long. She is also survived by 3 sisters, Omeda Williams, Laura Hibbs, Audrey Rice; and a brother, Norman Craig.
A funeral service will be held this afternoon, December 30th at 3:30 pm at the MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, Limestone & Milltown Rds., Wilmington, where friends may call after 3 pm. Interment will be at 11 am on Monday, December 31st in Silverbrook Cemetery, 3300 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington.
