Notes for Carl Eugene COPLIN
CARL EUGENE COPLIN, 71, died Friday at home. He was a former employee of Monsanto Corp. in Ligonier and was a World War II Navy veteran. Surviving are his wife, Eileen; three daughters, Margaret Beck of Merriam, Betty Bryant of Cromwell and Nancy Emerick of Albion; three sons, Harry and Alan, both of Cromwell, and Jeffrey of Kendallville; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Irvin of Avilla; and a stepsister, Joanne Coplin of Hicksville, Ohio.
Services at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with calling from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
Burial in Lehman Cemetery, Payne, Ohio, with military graveside rites.
