Notes for William Reynolds SPEAKMAN

William Reynolds Speakman of Levittown passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2012, at his home. He was 62.
Born in Trenton, N.J., a son of the late Levis D. Speakman and the late Gladys Willar Speakman Northrup, he was a lifelong resident of Lower Makefield Township before moving to Levittown three years ago.
Bill was a retired truck driver and a member of Morrisville Presbyterian Church. He was member of the U.S. Chess Federation, and enjoyed both fresh and salt water fishing. He had a keen interest in aviation and held a commercial pilots license.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, William R. and Natalie Speakman of Lancaster, Pa., and Joseph L. Speakman of Northeast Philadelphia; two brothers, Donald L. Speakman of Grasonville, Md., and Thomas W. Speakman of Still Pond, Md., and a sister, Suzanne Murray of Medford, N.J.
Bill was a kind and gentle man, and was loved by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, at FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Ave. (River Road), Yardley, where friends may call at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Morrisville Cemetery, Morrisville.
