Died Saturday, May 22, 1999 at the Southern Chester County Medical Center, Jennersville.
A 52-year resident of Unionville, PA, he was born in Wilmington, DE to the late John and Annie Carson Waibel.
He worked as a group leader for 15 years at Haveg Inc., Marshelton, DE. until his retirement in 1981, then for the Burns Security Co.
He attended the Brown Vocational School in Wilmington, DE and was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge 201 of Malvern, PA and a social member of the Hockessin Odd Fellows.
He also attended the Centerville Encampment of the Odd Fellows.
He enjoyed yard work, mechanical work and reading.
He is survived by his wife Frances Eastburn Waibel and 2 daughters, Linda Waibel Keen of Sarasota, FL and Patricia Waibel of Downsville, NY; brother of R. Alvin (Bud) Waibel of Schuylkilhaven, PA, William H. Waibel of Downingtown, PA, John Leroy Waibel of Lykens, PA, Nelson B. Waibel of Rapidan, VA and Madelyn Waibel Greer of Millersburg, PA; also 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Interment London Grove Friends Cemetery.
