MARFA, Presidio Co., TX James Alfred Roosevelt, 83, of Marfa, died Saturday, July 10, 2004, at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Marfa. Arrangements are by Mt. Franklin Funeral Home of El Paso.
He was born in New York City, N.Y. He was a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sharon Roosevelt of Marfa; sons, Kean Roosevelt, Scott Roosevelt and Emlen Roosevelt; daughters, Caroline Runge and Susan Bearden; brother, Pete Roosevelt; and sisters, Virginia Armentrout and Elizabeth Roosevelt.
