Notes for Ralph A. BRINGHURST
Ralph A. Bringhurst 1923 ~ 2008 Ralph A. Bringhurst, 84, passed away March 8, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.He was born September 19, 1923 in Bennion, Utah to Henry and Maude Marinda Anderson Bringhurst. He married Elaine Beggs Anderson; and later married Patricia Mossey. Ralph loved being in the outdoors, whether it be boating at Lake Powell or fishing at Yellowstone Lake. He loved deer hunting and pheasant hunting as well. Ralph loved to share these hobbies with his family. He had the patience of Job when teaching his children how to water ski. Although he didn't learn the skill of snow skiing, he felt it was important for all his children to enjoy the sport. He was the ultimate salesman; he prided himself on being the best. In his later years his concern for others and their well being was of utmost importance. Ralph is survived by his children Judy Bromley, Gerald A. Bringhurst and Deborah E. Wood; 14 grandchildren and 33 great-grand-children. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Pierce, Grant and Ray, sister; Carrol Gunn, grandparents; Robert Peirce Bringhurst, Elizabeth Jane Foster, Nils Anderson and Hanna Pehrson and son, Melvin Bringhurst Graveside services will be held Thursday March 13th at 12:00 noon at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary.
