Notes for Benjamin TAYLOR

Benjamin Taylor. Pennsbury. ---1775. July 29, 1775. To son Isaac all that tract of land my father Joseph Taylor bought of Ruth Harlan and conveyed to me in Pennsbury containing 100 acres paying to wife Sarah £300. To son Benjamin tract of land my father bought of James Underwood and conveyed to me containing 140 acres he paying to daughter Elizabeth wife of Emmor Jefferis £250 and to daughter Ann wife of Joseph Cope £250 and to wife Sarah £100. To wife Sarah lot of ground in Wilmington, also plantation whereon I now live containing 100 acres during her life and at her decease sons to sell the same and the money to be equally divided among 5 children, Isaac, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Hannah and Ann. All remainder to wife Sarah, also Executrix.
