To son in law Richard Flower that part of said tract he now dwells upon. To son James the tract of land upon Octorara Creek being 400 acres paying to daughter Dinah Harlan £30. To son Michael 150 acres of land in Londongrove with 40 acres of the tract I now live upon. To son Solomon my dwelling house and plantation except above 40 acres. To son Thomas £10. To son Stephen £10. To granddaughter Dinah son George's daughter £5. Remainder of land to be sold. Refers to wife thirds but does not name her. Executors: sons George, Thomas and Stephen. Witnesses: Edward Flower, Jer. Starr.
